Overview

An ATX motherboard built on the Intel Z890 chipset for LGA 1851 Core Ultra Series 2 processors. It supports up to 192 GB of DDR5 memory and offers extensive PCIe 5.0 and 4.0 storage expansion.

Platform and Memory

The board uses the Intel Z890 chipset and LGA 1851 socket to support second-generation Core Ultra processors. Four DIMM slots accept DDR5 modules up to 192 GB total capacity with overclocked speeds reaching 7600 MT/s in dual-channel mode.

Expansion and Storage

A full-size PCIe 5.0 x16 slot connects directly to the CPU for graphics cards. Two additional PCIe 4.0 x16 slots run at x4 and x1 electrical from the chipset. Four M.2 sockets provide one PCIe 5.0 x4 slot and three PCIe 4.0 x4 slots, alongside four SATA 6G ports.

Connectivity

Rear I/O includes one Thunderbolt USB-C header, one USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A, two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A, four USB 2.0 Type-A, HDMI, DisplayPort, 2.5G Ethernet, and three audio jacks plus S/PDIF. Internal headers add USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C, four USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports, four USB 2.0 ports, and a COM port.

Power and Cooling

Power delivery uses a 24-pin ATX connector plus two 8-pin CPU connectors. Seven 4-pin PWM headers cover the CPU fan, CPU optional fan, AIO pump, and four chassis fans. Three 5V ARGB headers and one 12V RGB header support addressable and standard lighting strips.
