Overview

A 96% mechanical keyboard with a Nest Mount damping system, quiet linear Shush Red switches, hot-swap sockets, and tri-mode wireless connectivity.

Design and Build

The aluminum top cover releases without tools to access the Nest Mount damping system. Two Poron foam layers are included; one pre-installed for a softer feel and a firmer alternative. The case combines aluminum and plastic with a polycarbonate plate. PBT keycaps in Cherry profile cover the 100-key compact layout.

Switch Performance

Shush Red switches are pre-lubed linear MX-style switches with 43 gf actuation force, 1.9 mm actuation point, and 4 mm total travel. Integrated dampening reduces bottom-out and return noise. Stabilizers are also pre-lubed. Hot-swap sockets support 5-pin switches for easy customization.

Connectivity and Power

Three connection modes are available: 2.4 GHz wireless, Bluetooth pairing with up to four devices, and USB-C wired. A 4,200 mAh battery delivers up to 63 hours of use with lighting disabled. Polling rate reaches 1,000 Hz in wired and 2.4 GHz modes.

Software and Features

Configuration runs through the browser-based DuckyHub application with no download required. The keyboard also supports VIA for advanced keymapping and macro programming. Per-key south-facing RGB lighting is included. Adjustable typing angles range from 7 to 11 degrees.
