Overview

A premium CPU water block engineered for AMD AM5 socket and Ryzen 7000 series processors. It features a socket-specific cooling engine and integrated EK-ExactMount system for simplified installation.

Design and Materials

The cold plate is machined from 99.99% pure electrolytic copper and nickel-plated for optimal heat transfer. The top piece is CNC-machined cast acrylic with a nickel-plated brass lid. A clean-front design hides all mounting screws for a streamlined appearance.

Cooling Performance

The socket-specific engine uses an asymmetric jet plate and precision lathe-turned cold plate to direct flow over the die area. Low hydraulic restriction and tailored mounting pressure ensure full IHS coverage while respecting socket keep-out zones.

Mounting System

EK-ExactMount integrates spring-loaded Torx screws directly into the water block. Installation requires only counter-clockwise rotation into the motherboard's factory-installed backplate, creating a true single-piece mounting solution.

Lighting and Compatibility

Seventeen addressable RGB LEDs sit beneath a diffuser on the stick-out piece. The 3-pin 5V D-RGB connector aligns with standard motherboard headers and works with all major addressable RGB synchronization technologies.
