Overview

This full-cover water block fits Palit and Gainward GeForce RTX 5090 graphics cards. It cools the GPU, memory, and VRMs with a nickel-plated copper base and includes a pre-installed backplate.

Design and Construction

The block uses a nickel-plated copper cold plate and a transparent acrylic top. A screwless exterior gives a clean look while the included backplate covers the full length of the card.

Cooling Performance

Symmetrical flow channels distribute coolant evenly across the GPU die, memory modules, and voltage regulators. The full-cover layout ensures all critical components stay within thermal limits.

Lighting and Connectivity

An addressable RGB board connects through a standard 3-pin 5V D-RGB header. The board attaches via a plug system and can be removed if lighting is not desired. Six G1/4 threads allow multiple inlet and outlet configurations.

Compatibility and Contents

Validated for Palit GeForce RTX 5090 and Gainward GeForce RTX 5090 models only. The package contains the water block, backplate, ARGB board, and mounting hardware.
