Overview

This ATX motherboard uses the AMD X870E chipset and AM5 socket for Ryzen 9000 series CPUs. It targets enthusiasts and creators who need extensive PCIe 5.0 storage and high-speed USB4 connectivity.

Power Delivery and Cooling

The board uses a 20-phase virtual VRM design delivering up to 110 amps per phase for consistent CPU power. M.2 thermal guards cover all four slots to maintain SSD performance under load. Eight 4-pin PWM headers provide flexible fan and pump control.

Expansion and Storage

One PCIe 5.0 x16 slot and two chipset-driven slots at PCIe 4.0 x4 and PCIe 3.0 x4 handle graphics and add-in cards. Storage includes three CPU-attached PCIe 5.0 M.2 slots and one chipset PCIe 4.0 M.2 slot plus four SATA 6G ports.

Rear I/O and Networking

The rear panel offers two USB4 Type-C ports at 40 Gbit/s, four USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A, four USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A, and two USB 2.0 ports. Video outputs include HDMI 2.1 and two USB-C DisplayPort channels. Networking features a Realtek 5GbE port, Wi-Fi 7, and Bluetooth.
