This ATX motherboard pairs the Intel Z890 chipset with an LGA 1851 socket to support second-generation Core Ultra processors. It targets professionals building workstations for AI workloads and multi-GPU configurations.

The board uses the Intel Z890 chipset on an ATX form factor with an LGA 1851 socket for second-generation Core Ultra processors. Four DDR5 DIMM slots accept CUDIMM or UDIMM modules up to 256 GB total capacity with XMP 3.0 profiles reaching 9066 MT/s.

Expansion and Storage

Two full-length PCIe 5.0 x16 slots provide maximum bandwidth for graphics cards or accelerators. A third PCIe 4.0 x16 slot runs at x4 speed. Storage includes one PCIe 5.0 M.2 slot, three PCIe 4.0 M.2 slots, and eight SATA 6Gbps connectors, all with dedicated heatsinks on the M.2 positions.

Connectivity and Power

Rear I/O delivers one Thunderbolt 4 USB4 port at 40 Gbps, one USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C port, and six USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-A ports.
