This boxed Intel Core Ultra 7 265K delivers 20 cores with a 5.5 GHz max turbo for gaming and heavy workloads. It requires an LGA 1851 motherboard with an Intel 800-series chipset and does not include a cooler.

Hybrid Architecture and Clocks

Eight Lion Cove performance cores reach a 5.5 GHz single-core turbo, while twelve Skymont efficiency cores hit 4.6 GHz. Intel Thread Director assigns tasks to the appropriate core type for balanced throughput.

Memory and Platform

The dual-channel controller supports DDR5-6400 UDIMM with ECC. The processor fits socket LGA 1851 and requires a motherboard based on the Intel 800-series chipset.

Connectivity and Expansion

Twenty PCIe 5.0 lanes provide 16 lanes for a graphics card and four for NVMe SSDs, with four additional PCIe 4.0 lanes. Platform-level support includes Thunderbolt 5 and Wi-Fi 7.

Integrated Graphics and AI
