Overview

This 128GB octo-channel kit combines eight 16GB DDR5 DIMMs rated for 5600MHz CL36 with on-die ECC. It targets Intel Core and Xeon workstations needing high capacity and error correction.

Design and Cooling

Each module uses a low-profile black aluminum heatspreader measuring 31.25mm tall. The compact height clears most CPU coolers while dissipating heat effectively during sustained workloads.

Performance and Error Correction

The kit runs at 5600MHz with tested CL36-38-38 latencies at 1.25V. On-die ECC corrects single-bit errors inside the DRAM, improving stability for professional applications without requiring registered DIMM support.

Platform Compatibility

Validated for Intel C741, C621A, and W790 chipsets as well as AMD SP5 and WRX80 platforms. The default SPD speed is 4800MHz at CL40-39-39 and 1.1V before XMP is enabled.
