Each module features a black aluminum heat spreader measuring 31.25mm tall. The low profile fits most CPU coolers and chassis without clearance issues.

Performance and Use

Rated at 6000MHz with CL32-38-38 timings at 1.35V. The SPD base runs at 4800MHz CL40-39-39 and 1.1V. On-die ECC corrects single-bit errors internally for data integrity.

Features and Compatibility

Intel XMP 3.0 enables one-click overclocking on supported motherboards. Validated for Intel C741, C621A, and W790 chipsets as well as AMD SP5 and WRX80 platforms.
