CUDIMM Architecture

The CUDIMM form factor adds a dedicated clock driver chip on each module. This component regenerates the memory controller clock signal, allowing stable data transfer at 8400 MT/s. The design targets high-throughput AI and compute tasks where signal integrity at extreme frequencies is critical.
