Overview

This 128GB quad-kit delivers four 32GB DDR5-5600 DIMMs with CL36 latency and on-die ECC. It is built for Intel Xeon workstation and server platforms.

Design and Cooling

Each module uses a black aluminum heat spreader measuring 31.25mm tall. The low 1.25V voltage reduces heat output during sustained workloads.

Performance and Use

Rated at 5,600 MHz with CL36-38-38 timings, the kit runs at 4,800 MHz CL40-39-39 by default. XMP 3.0 enables the higher speed profile on supported platforms.

Features and Compatibility

On-die error correction improves data reliability for professional applications. Validated for Intel C741, C621A, and W790 chipsets as well as AMD SP5 and WRX80 sockets.
