Each module uses a matte black aluminum heat spreader measuring 4.4 cm tall. The spreader covers the ICs to dissipate heat during sustained loads. Addressable RGB lighting runs along the top edge and works with Signal RGB software.

The kit runs at 6000 MT/s with CL28-40-40 timings at the standard 1.1 V. On-die ECC corrects single-bit errors in real time. The unlocked PMIC allows voltage adjustments for XMP 3.0, EXPO, or manual tuning up to 8000 MT/s. Capacity suits AI training, generative workloads, and heavy multitasking.

Compatibility and Features
