Overview

A Micro-ATX motherboard built on the Intel B860 chipset for LGA 1851 processors. It supports DDR5 memory, PCIe 5.0 graphics and storage, and includes Wi-Fi 7 plus Thunderbolt 4.

Board Layout and Cooling

The Micro-ATX form factor measures 243.8 mm square and uses a black and silver color scheme. VRM and M.2 heatsinks are included, along with a rear I/O backplate. Five 4-pin PWM fan headers provide cooling control for air or liquid setups.

Memory and Expansion

Four UDIMM slots support up to 256 GB of DDR5 with XMP 3.0 profiles up to 8600 MT/s. Expansion includes one PCIe 5.0 x16 slot, one PCIe 4.0 x4 slot, and two PCIe 4.0 x1 slots. Three M.2 sockets offer one PCIe 5.0 x4 and two PCIe 4.0 lanes alongside four SATA 6G ports.

Connectivity and Audio

Rear I/O features one Thunderbolt 4 port, one USB 3.1 Type-C, one USB 3.0 Type-C, two USB 3.0 Type-A, and two USB 2.0 Type-A ports. Video outputs include HDMI, DisplayPort, and a USB-C DisplayPort alt mode. Networking uses Intel Killer Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, and a 5 GbE LAN port. Audio is handled by a Realtek ALC897 codec.

Internal Headers and Power

CPU power uses one 8-pin and one 4-pin connector. Internal USB headers provide one USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C, two USB 3.0 headers for four ports, and two USB 2.0 headers for four ports. RGB lighting connects via one 12V 4-pin and two 5V/12V 3-pin digital headers. Front panel audio, SPI TPM, and chassis intrusion headers are also present.
