Overview

The NH-D15S is an asymmetrical dual-tower air cooler with a single 140mm fan. It fits tall RAM, clears the top PCIe slot, and supports current Intel and AMD platforms.

Design and Compatibility

The offset fin stack shifts toward the motherboard edge, keeping the top PCIe x16 slot free on typical micro-ATX and ATX layouts. Recessed lower fins on both sides provide 65mm height clearance for memory modules, even on LGA2011 platforms with RAM slots on each side of the socket.

Fan and Noise Control

The included NF-A15 140mm fan runs at up to 1500 rpm, delivering 140.2 m³/h airflow at 24.6 dB(A). PWM support enables automatic speed control, and the supplied Low-Noise Adaptor caps speed at 1200 rpm for quieter operation.

Mounting and Socket Support

SecuFirm2 hardware covers Intel LGA115x, LGA1200, LGA1700, LGA1851, LGA2011, LGA2066 and AMD AM2 through AM5 plus FM1 and FM2 variants. Optional NM-I3 kit adds LGA1366 and LGA775 support at no cost from Noctua.

Included Accessories

Package contains the heatsink, one NF-A15 140mm PWM fan, Low-Noise Adaptor, NT-H1 thermal compound, SecuFirm2 mounting kit for all listed sockets, extra fan clips for a second 140mm or 120mm fan, and a screwdriver.
