Overview

This ATX motherboard uses the AMD B850 chipset and AM5 socket to support Ryzen 9000, 8000, and 7000 series processors. It offers PCIe 5.0 graphics and storage support plus Wi-Fi 7 connectivity.

Design and Build

The board follows the standard ATX form factor in a black color scheme. It includes a pre-installed I/O shield, VRM heatsinks, M.2 heatsinks, and a rear backplate for structural rigidity and thermal management.

Performance and Overclocking

CPU overclocking is supported with an 8-pin power connector delivering stable current to high-end processors. Memory overclocking via AMD EXPO profiles allows DDR5 kits to reach 8000 MT/s across four DIMM slots. BIOS Flashback and Clear CMOS buttons provide recovery options.

Storage and Expansion

One PCIe 5.0 x16 slot handles modern graphics cards at full speed. A second PCIe 4.0 x16 slot operates at x4 electrically. Storage includes one PCIe 5.0 M.2, two PCIe 4.0 M.2 slots, and four SATA 6 Gbps ports for mixed drive configurations.

Connectivity and I/O

Rear I/O provides one USB 3.1 Gen 2 Type-C, three USB 3.1 Gen 2 Type-A, and four USB 2.0 Type-A ports. Video outputs include HDMI and DisplayPort. Networking features Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.3, and a single LAN port.
