Overview

A high-end CPU water block for AMD AM5 sockets built for custom liquid cooling loops. It combines a 0.2mm microfin copper base with an acrylic top and addressable RGB lighting.

Cooling Performance

The copper base features a 0.2mm microfin array covering 6,460mm² to maximize liquid contact. A jetplate channels coolant directly over the processor hotspot, delivering high thermal transfer with minimal flow restriction.

Construction and Materials

A cast acrylic top provides a clear view of the internal fin structure. The nickel-plated copper base ensures lasting conductivity, while EPDM gaskets seal the loop against leaks. The body uses acetal and acrylic for durability.

Lighting and Integration

Nine individually addressable LEDs produce uniform RGB illumination. The 3-pin 5V digital RGB connector works with standard motherboard software for synchronization across the build.

Loop Compatibility

Two G1/4 inch ports spaced 28mm apart align with common hard-tube and fitting layouts. The AM5 mounting hardware includes a stop mechanism for consistent pressure and simple installation.
