PhaseSheet PTM is a phase change thermal pad that turns liquid above 45°C to fill gaps like paste. It suits CPU and GPU cooling with non-conductive, durable performance.

How It Works

The pad is solid at room temperature for easy placement. When the component exceeds 45°C, the material liquefies and flows under 300 to 400N pressure to create a thin, uniform layer. It contracts on cooling to reduce pump-out between dissimilar metals.

Performance and Durability

Maximum thermal conductivity develops after roughly ten cycles above 60°C. The compound lasts longer than standard thermal pastes but requires eventual replacement compared to maintenance-free alternatives. It delivers consistent heat transfer for CPUs and GPUs.

Application Notes

Non-conductive formulation prevents short circuits. Suitable for processors and graphics chips where copper coolers contact silicon dies. Apply with firm mounting pressure to ensure proper spreading during the phase transition.
