Overview

ATX motherboard built on the Intel Z790 chipset for 13th Gen Core processors. Supports up to 128 GB DDR5, PCIe 5.0 graphics, triple M.2 storage, and 2.5 GbE plus Wi-Fi networking.

Power Delivery and Cooling

ProCool 4+8 pin connectors use solid pins to deliver 12 V directly to the CPU. Massive VRM heatsinks with thermal pads cover MOSFETs and chokes. An M.2 heatsink covers two slots to prevent throttling. Six hybrid fan headers and an AIO pump header are controllable via Fan Xpert 4 or UEFI BIOS.

Expansion and Storage

One PCIe 5.0 x16 mechanical slot and three PCIe 4.0 x16 mechanical slots handle high-bandwidth GPUs. Three M.2 slots run at PCIe 4.0 x4, plus one shared M.2/SATA slot. Four SATA 6 Gbps ports provide additional drive connectivity.

Connectivity

Rear I/O includes one USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C, one USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-A, two USB 3.0 Type-A, DisplayPort, HDMI, and Thunderbolt 4. Internal headers provide one USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C and four USB 3.0 ports. 2.5 GbE LAN, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth are integrated.

RGB and Lighting Control

Two 4-pin 12 V RGB headers and three 3-pin 5 V addressable RGB headers allow synchronization with compatible strips and components. No onboard lighting is present on the board itself.
