Overview

This ATX motherboard uses the Intel Z790 chipset for LGA 1700 CPUs. It supports DDR5 memory up to 128GB and offers PCIe 5.0 graphics bandwidth.

Board Design and Power

The ATX form factor uses a black and silver color scheme. Dual 8-pin CPU power connectors deliver stable current for high-end processors. Reinforced PCIe slots use extra solder points to support heavy graphics cards.

Expansion and Storage

One PCIe 5.0 x16 slot provides 128GB/s bandwidth. Additional slots include one PCIe 4.0 x16, one PCIe 3.0 x16, and one PCIe 3.0 x1. Four M.2 slots accept PCIe 4.0 x4 drives, while six SATA 6G ports handle traditional storage.

Connectivity and I/O

The rear panel includes one USB 3.2 Type-C, one USB 3.1 Type-A, and two USB 3.0 Type-A ports. Video outputs consist of HDMI, DisplayPort, and Thunderbolt 3. Networking features a 2.5G Ethernet port and Wi-Fi with Bluetooth.

Internal Headers and Audio

Eight 4-pin PWM fan headers allow extensive cooling configurations. Internal USB headers provide one Type-C and four Type-A connections. RGB lighting control uses one 12V 4-pin and two 5V 3-pin headers. Audio is handled by a Realtek ALC897 codec.
