A factory-delidded Ryzen 9800X3D validated by Thermal Grizzly specialists. It targets overclockers and enthusiasts who want direct-die cooling without the risk of manual delidding.

Factory Delidding and Validation

Thermal Grizzly removes the heatspreader and performs a functional test on each unit. The test temperature screenshot and a die microscope photo are stored on an included USB stick.

Cooling Compatibility

The bare die works with Thermal Grizzly Mycro direct-die coolers, the High Performance Heatspreader, and third-party direct-die solutions. Conductonaut Extreme liquid metal is recommended for the die interface.

Processor Specifications

Zen 5 architecture with 8 cores, 16 threads, 5.2 GHz base clock, and 96 MB L3 cache. The AM5 socket CPU includes an integrated GPU and supports dual-channel ECC memory at a 120 W TDP.

Warranty Coverage
