Design and Materials

The backplate is CNC machined from aluminum with a silver anodized finish. A ribbed structure increases surface area to improve passive heat dissipation across the PCB backside.

Cooling Performance

It provides passive cooling for the GPU core, rear-mounted memory modules, and the VRM section. The plate makes direct contact with the active water block to create a hybrid cooling path.
