Overview

A 1mm thick thermal pad sheet measuring 100 by 100 millimeters. It uses aluminum oxide in a silicone carrier to deliver thermal paste-level conductivity without electrical conduction.

Design and Materials

The pad uses a silicone-based carrier matrix loaded with aluminum oxide particles. This composition provides high thermal transfer while remaining electrically insulating. The gray sheet is soft enough to conform to uneven surfaces under minimal pressure.

Performance and Use Cases

Thermal conductivity matches typical thermal pastes, making it a clean alternative for hard-to-reach areas. Thickness does not significantly affect performance, so the 1.0 mm option should be chosen based on the physical gap between component and heatsink. Ideal for GPU memory modules and VRM components.

Installation Notes

The 100 x 100 mm sheet can be cut to exact dimensions with scissors or a knife. No curing time is required. The pad maintains its properties across a wide operating temperature range and does not dry out or pump out over time.
