Overview

The Minus Pad Pro is a high-performance thermal pad designed to replace paste on memory chips and voltage regulators. It uses aluminum oxide in a silicone carrier for reliable heat transfer.

Design and Materials

The pad uses a silicone carrier complex filled with aluminum oxide particles. It is gray, non-conductive, and cut to 120 by 20 millimeters with a 0.5 millimeter profile.

Performance and Use

Thermal conductivity matches typical paste, making it suitable for VRAM and VRM modules. It performs well under low mounting pressure and thickness does not significantly affect heat transfer.

Installation Notes

Choose thickness based on the gap between component and heatsink. The pre-cut strips simplify application on rectangular memory chips or voltage converter arrays.
