Thermal Grizzly Minus Pad Pro replaces thermal paste on graphics card memory and voltage regulators. The 1.5 mm pads bridge gaps efficiently with paste-like conductivity.

Design and Materials

The pad uses a silicone carrier loaded with aluminum oxide particles. It contains no electrically conductive elements, preventing short circuits on exposed circuitry.

Performance and Use

Delivers thermal conductivity similar to quality thermal paste. Optimized for GPU memory modules and voltage converters where paste application is impractical or gaps exist.

Thickness Selection

Conductivity remains stable across thicknesses from 0.5 to 3 mm. Choose 1.5 mm based solely on the physical distance between component and heatsink.
