The NM-i17xx-MP83 upgrades Noctua heatsinks with an 83mm mounting pitch to support Intel LGA 1700 (LGA17xx family) platforms. It is not compatible with coolers using a 78mm pitch, which require the separate NM-i17xx-MP78 kit.
