Overview

This PCIe 3.0 x4 adapter adds one NVMe M.2 slot and one SATA M.2 slot to a desktop PC. It fits SSDs up to 22110 and includes an active cooling fan.

Dual M.2 Support

The card provides one M-key socket for NVMe SSDs and one socket for SATA M.2 drives. Both slots accept single-sided and double-sided modules up to 22110 length. There is no capacity limit on the drives used.

PCIe and SATA Connectivity

The NVMe drive connects directly through the PCIe 3.0 x4 bus for up to 8 GB/s throughput. The SATA drive links via an onboard 7-pin SATA 3.1 connector to the motherboard. The adapter works in x4, x8, or x16 slots and is backward compatible with PCIe 1.0 through 3.0.

Thermal Management

An integrated fan mounted on the cover actively cools both SSDs. Two thermal pads are included to transfer heat from the drive controllers to the heatsink. Power for the fan and controller is drawn from the PCIe slot, so no external power cable is needed.

Installation Accessories

The package includes a standard-height bracket with the fan cover, a low-profile bracket for slim cases, two thermal pads, mounting screws, a screwdriver, and a printed installation manual.
